Salary is calculated based on attendance. The system computes total working days (excluding weekly offs and holidays), then calculates per-day salary. Net salary = (per-day salary × payable days) minus advance deductions and other deductions.

Yes. You can create a login for each employee. They can view their own attendance history, salary slips, advance balance, and ledger — but cannot see other employees' data.

Go to Settings → Weekly Off to set which day(s) are off (e.g. Sunday). Go to Holidays to add company-specific holidays for the year. The system automatically marks these days and protects the employee's salary — they are not deducted.

Your account is locked but your data is retained for 90 days. Contact us to renew and regain access. If you don't renew within 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

Go to Advance Payments → Give Advance. Enter the amount, date, and payment mode. The system tracks outstanding balance per employee. You can recover the advance manually or it can be deducted during salary processing.

Each registration creates one company account. Each company needs a separate account. Contact us for bulk or multi-company arrangements.

You can request account deletion from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or through our web page at staffsync.in/delete-account. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We use role-based access control so each user can only see what they're authorised to see. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Subscriptions are one-time payments — not recurring. After payment confirmation by our team, your subscription is activated.
